Thank you for shopping with ESRA DANDIN. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions
• Earrings: Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings.
• Artisanal Imperfections: Minor imperfections and variations are to be expected and cherished as part of the artisanal aspect of our jewelry. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@esradandin.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose between the following options for your refund:
1. Refund to Credit Card: The money will be refunded to your original method of payment.
2. Store Credit: We can issue a coupon for the equivalent amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@esradandin.com.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: [physical address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
